Alpharetta police are calling this an emergency incident. 400 Northbound at Old Milton Pkwy is closed. Traffic is stopped back to Holcomb Bridge Rd (Exit 7). AS OF 4:15p.m: Riverside Rd. is the best alternate. Expect major delays.
