We just cleared Normal Will.
Although we died quite a bit and failed the segment tests.
But we finally got through.
Anyway, with only one attempt, that's great.
The rewards received were also very good.
I'm so happy about that.

Hello,
I was able to clear Floor 53 with my Shadower at around 41M CP, and I'm currently at 45M CP
I've seen many Shadowers with much higher CP than mine who still can't do it
So I'd like to share a few of my tips for Mu Lung Dojo. Hopefully, i'll help someone
First,
Bind is very valuable. Use it whenever possible
Fatal Strike I is a good node. It provides a significant damage increase
Don't prioritize IED. It's better to invest your resources into other stats
Before entering the next floor, you can wait up to 10 seconds.
Level is also an advantage. Pink Bean on Floor 50 is level 230, Floor 51 is level 240, Floor 56 is level 245, etc
You can use ATT/MATT buffs in Mu Lung Dojo, such as Legion, MVP, and Fish. Don't worry if you forget to use them before enteringβyou can still use them on boss floors like 10, 20, 30, 40, and every floor from 41 onward. You can be flexible with them since the Fish buff only lasts 15 minutes
Next,
Floor 43 (King Sage Cat): bind as soon as the boss starts using Teleport. Do the same on Floor 48
Floor 49 (Lyka): don't stand near the Bull, and save Hero's Will (or a similar skill) to remove the charm if Lyka controls you
Floor 50 (Pink Bean): from the moment Pink Bean appears, it will use Damage Reflect after about 20-25 seconds. If your burst buffs are active, bind before that to maximize your damage. Damage Reflect repeats roughly every 80-90 seconds
Floor 52 (Tarantulus): this seems to be the floor where most players get stuck because of the leg-binding mechanic (pressing the left/right arrow keys)
Phase notes: from about 75% HP down to 25% HP. This is the most annoying phase because the boss starts using its leg-binding skill (press left/right arrow keys) about once every 15 seconds
Watch the boss's HP carefully. When it reaches around 75% HP, it will use a poison attack around itself. This is the moment you should bind and use your strongest burst to get through this phase as quickly as possible
If your damage is too low, after the bind ends the boss will usually use the leg-binding skill again within about 3-5 seconds. Use an iFrame or Hero's Will (or a similar skill) beforehand so you don't get controlled

23M CP Shadower Solo Hard Lotus
This week, after clearing Hard Lotus with nearly 15 minutes left on the timer. So I started thinking about lowering my CP and seeing if I could successfully solo with CP about half my original CP.
Then I managed to do it with just 23M CP, finishing in 28 minutes.
It could probably be done with even lower CP if I had the +40 ATT buff from a level 250 character.
It also depends on the boss mechanics. I tried twice. The previous run failed with Lotus at only 0.4% HP, mainly because Phase 3 kept using Dark Shock Bomb (flies into the air and throws bombs 10 times) and Electric Floor, which wasted a lot of time.
Here are some tips from me:
In Phase 1, standing inside Smoke can let you survive 1 hit from the laser wires if you're above 90% HP (only 1 hit). Bishop's Shield works the same way.
In Phases 2 and 3, try to lure Lotus into one corner of the map.
On the left side, there's a chance for a floating platform to spawn right at the edge. Standing on it makes it harder for Lotus to knock you away. Just be careful not to destroy it, especially in Party runs.
Electric Floor can be avoided by standing inside Smoke. Any class can do this. Just be careful not to get knocked out of the Smoke by Lotus. That's another reason why keeping Lotus in a corner is helpful.
Bind is also very useful for skipping Electric Floor.
You can survive one hit from Electric Floor, so if you react quickly and move to a safe spot, you'll stay alive.
Dark Shock Bomb can also be avoided by standing inside Smoke or while protected by Bishop's Shield.
Lotus is mostly about player skill, with a bit of luck.
Finally, Shadower is an excellent class for soloing Lotus.

Not sure
I'll use it depending on the situation
If I have Trickblade, I'll use it to interrupt Sonic Blow after about 2 seconds from Sonic Blow start attack. I do this because the animation seems smoother (with the helmet -2s, Legion Mercedes CD remaining about 32 seconds)
I'll use the full Sonic Blow if I don't have Trickblade
If Sonic Blow doesn't hit the target, interrupt it early with Trickblade or Shadow Assault
@AsheVayne@MaplestoryU You could increase IED to around 94%-95% for more damage.
And upgrade Bind to level 25, that would be easier.
Currently, you're still stronger than me. I mean, in terms of damage. So the problem is you haven't done well enough.
@fifi_msu This is not a bug.
This is someone intentionally using LD.
There will be a notification in the "all" tab of the chat if someone LDs you (red text).
For system LDs, you will need to click 5 times before entering.
What are you most hyped about for the 3rd Update in @MaplestoryU?
July 23, 2026, this will be the 3rd major update of the summer of 2026.
And here's what's coming in Maplestory N's Hyper Summer 3rd update:
1. New Boss: Will
This is a new boss coming to Maplestory N.
Will is a much more challenging boss with better rewards. The fight has many different mechanics, and it can be very difficult until you become familiar with them.
Easy Will requires at least 560 ARC, while Normal and Hard require at least 760 ARC to deal 100% damage. You can also receive Arcane Force bonus damage at 110%, 130%, and up to 150% with the corresponding ARC requirements.
2. New Items
Along with Will, there will be items that can be obtained when defeating Will.
Including:
Arcane Umbra Shoulder/Hat/Suit: the missing items in the Arcane Umbra equipment set.
Cursed Spellbook Red/Blue/Green/Yellow: the next piece of the Pitched Boss Set, which previously included Berserked, Magic Eyepatch, and Dreamy Belt.
Mirror World Nodestone: a Nodestone that unlocks a new skill called True Arachnid Reflection.
These rewards create new goals and challenges for every Mapler.
3. V4 Skills
New skills and new powers help maplers conquer more difficult challenges, such as Will,...
4. New Areas: Esfera & Sellas
Esfera introduces a new Arcane Symbol, Arcane Symbol: Esfera, along with a new daily quest called Esfera Guardian.
The Esfera maps feature monsters from level 240 to 249 and require 560 to 640 ARC.
The Sellas maps feature monsters from level 245 to 251 and require 600 to 670 ARC.
These will become the main training areas for Maplers for a long time.
5. Quality of Life Improvements
Character Selection Screen Revamp.
V Matrix Improvements.
Maple Legion QoL Updates.
Easier Town Travel Improvement.
And there will be even more surprises when the update arrives on July 23, 2026.
Only 5 more days to go.

Shadower Solo Hard Damien
Honestly, because Shadower has a very short attack range, Phase 2 Damien is the biggest challenge
Here are a few tips of me
Save your skills. Before binding, use your buff skills first, the ideal moment is when Damien teleports, then bind and use your strongest burst during the bind
You can still move while removing the curse
In Phase 1:
Damien's knockback attack can be avoided by standing right in front of him. Don't stay too far away. Any class can do this, so there's no need to jump or move behind him
In Phase 2:
Always place your summon skills at the far right side of the map (next to the portal)
During Damien's tornado attack, you can stand directly underneath him and keep attacking without getting hit
Before Damien uses his full-map attack, he will root you. You can avoid this if you're in Dark Sight
There's another trick: right before he roots you, Damien disappears, but if you have the "Enemy Silhouettes" setting enabled, you'll briefly see his silhouette. That's your cue to quickly use Hero's Will or a similar skill. I did this in the video, you can see it at 23:30
When the blue orbs become larger and more numerous, move to the right side of the map and wait for them to come toward you. Then move back to the left side and continue attacking Damien
I'll leave some images in the comments, along with a few tips for party runs against Damien

A small tip to help you earn more Symbols from the Dream Defender daily if you don't have Black MVP
With my current damage, I could normally only clear around Stage 140 (I think so). Using this method, I was able to reach Stage 170 as soon as the V3 skills were released
If your damage is low, try using Dream Points to push as high as possible (spam the 300-point bell)
You only need to clear Stage 170. There's no need to go higher because the daily limit is 500 coins, and Stage 170 already reaches that cap
After that, every day just use your full buffs to clear Stage 170, and repeat it 3 times
While waiting for my skills to come off cooldown, I usually do Spirit Savior so I don't waste any time
Good luck!

Party tips
Before Damien's sword is planted into the ground, it rotates its target between party members. It will never target the same player twice in a row
Before the sword lands, a marker appears on the player it's currently targeting, then it switches to the next target. For example, if your party has 3 members, the sword will target you once every 3 rotations
The black smoke attack that rises from the ground can be tanked with a Bishop's shield if you're at full HP
In Phase 2, touching an orb reduces your damage by 90%, so it's best to have one player attract the orbs while the others focus on dealing damage. This role is usually handled by the Bishop
