Today while admitting our Petition Hon' High Court of Sindh has directed Principal #KMDC and Controller Exams #KU to be personally present in Court on next hearing on 22.12.2020 to assist it on our grievance of annual examinations not being conducted despite passage of 12 months

Students of #KMDC in petition have also demanded that PMC should form a committee to ensure that courses are completed & exams are conducted on time Medical/Dental colleges across Pakistan & seeks HEC to evaluate KMDC performance, review its financial needs & propose reforms

Petition also demands KU and KMDC to issue an academic calender for the remaining period of the respective MBBS program of the petitioners which calender should be structure to compensate for lost time, Petition also seeks damages for stress, harassment & loss of time and also

Turned 20 in first year,
Turned 21, still in first year,
Will turn 22 in a couple of months , still in first year.
