When someone rolls out of your heel hook, it feels like you lost the attack. But to escape the leg, they often have to do the exact opposite of what prevents the sweep. That roll can make getting on top almost effortless.
From single leg X, you reap the leg to attack the heel hook. When they roll through to unwind, their weight drives away from you, and that's the exact reaction that makes wrestling up easy. Shelf the foot, cut your legs free, and come up to the underhook.
