BREAKING: Charlie Kirk's parents and his widow, Erika Kirk, are expected to attend the preliminary hearing for the man accused of assassinating him next week in Utah, according to a source familiar with the situation.

It will be the first major court hearing Kirk's family is expected to attend since Tyler Robinson's arrest following the Sept. 10, 2025 shooting at a Turning Point USA event at Utah Valley University.

Prosecutors are expected to spend the week presenting evidence and witness testimony in an effort to move the case toward trial, but the hearing could still be delayed as Utah's Supreme Court considers an appeal over courtroom cameras.
