I am extremely disappointed with your service. I have raised multiple service requests for a general check-up of my Aqua water purifier, but no technician has visited my residence even once.
@EurekaforbesIN 3) Kindly look into this matter on priority, arrange a technician visit immediately, and explain why my complaints were closed without resolution. If this issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be forced to escalate it to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities.

Complaint Regarding Overcharging of Water Bottle in Train No.12639
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally complain regarding overcharging of packaged drinking water (Rail Neer) onboard Train No. 12639 during my journey dated 16 May 2026.
I request the concerned department to kindly investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the vendor responsible for this unfair practice. Necessary steps may also be taken to ensure that passengers are not subjected to such overcharging in future.
A water bottle (Rail Neer) with a printed MRP of โน14 was sold for โน20 by the onboard vendor. Charging above the printed MRP is against railway catering regulations and causes inconvenience to passengers.
@EurekaForbes If yu can't provide us after sales service than refund my Water purifier AMC amount & also take it away water purifier filter & refund both the amount.

Itana gatiya aur Fraud company i have never seen before till yet.
Whenever I book for a water purifier service the company always close the complaint without customer knowledge
Reporting that " Door is locked".
After this post the company X handle vil say only
"Plz share your concern & complaint number DM".
But after DM also the problem did not resolve & no response from @EurekaForbes side. Their wil be no progress on given issue.

@honda2wheelerin yur service center damaged my 2 wheeler headlight & till now no response from your side after reporting the complaint via DM & email
