जय हो निर्मला ताई
जय हो निर्मला ताई
जय हो निर्मला ताई
जय हो निर्मला ताई

Disallowance of ITC U/Sec 16(4) would be disastrous for MSME Taxpayers..
Please Understand that as #GST was a new regime for Government who is still trying to understand it..It was new for Taxpayers as well..They were not born with GST..#GSTAmnesty@cbic_india@FinMinIndia
Ironical but True for #GST..Main Bone of Contention between Taxpayers and Administrators in GST lies in ITC..All restrictions and conditions are on ITC..and it was ITC which was Backbone of GST with its Seamless Flow..
Need to Find a way out @FinMinIndia@GST_Council@cbic_india
Isn't this unfair that for approximately 1% buyers availing Fake credit..
Rest 99% Genuine Buyers are feeling the heat of 16(2)(c), 16(4), 36(4) and 86A...@FinMinIndia@GST_Council@cbic_india
Allow option for the Buyer to Deposit Tax on Behalf of Seller..
@FinMinIndia cant have both Heads and Tails favoring them..Deny ITC to buyer if Seller has not deposited and also do not give him any other Option..
Why Option to revise return could have been brought with Saral and Sugam..and why not #GSTR3B...Please reconsider and bring the same @cbic_india@FinMinIndia@GST_Council
@SKHalakhandi ji @haldiaarpit ji ITC04 qr2 FY 20-21. What is last date to file? As per rules it’s 25-10-20. Form not yet opened. Any notification please? @cbic_india@GST_Council kaun bataayega?
Don’t Provide Option for ITC-04 for Jul-Sep 20..Last Date October 25, 2020 and Penalty of 50000/- for non filing of ITC-04 attracted..
Is this also fault of taxpayer that we told you on October 23rd..@Infosys_GSTN
Why No Corrective Action Till Date @FinMinIndia@cbic_india
