@parcelforce Hi Sue - thanks for responding - good news the delivery arrived today. Yesterday was frustrating especially when tracking info showed attempted deliveries that didn’t happen…. Just never understand why a driver would say delivery was attempted when it wasn’t…

@parcelforce I have been in since 11.30am today and have received an email from my order supplier advising a delivery attempt was made at 12.08pm and 12.23pm and that I was sent sms - it wasn’t (I have CCTV to prove it) I didn’t get any SMS messages???
