Given tonight’s Dail vote that removed the three day wait on abortion, a reflection period that has saved thousands of children. I think it’s important that those that voted Yes to removing the 8th Amendment, based on these protections, should now make their voices heard. Your silence will be interpreted as their permission.
The urgency for them to remove the 3 day waiting time. What are they afraid of? That a woman will have time to think About a decision that’s going to affect her for the rest of her life. we have cooling off periods for far less serious commitments like mortgages, certain contracts, Yet when it comes to ending a pregnancy, some politicians want to remove the last remaining pause for reflection.
The strongest argument against this bill is over 10,400 women have attended a first consultation since 2019 but did not return for the abortion after the 3 day wait. That’s not a small number. It shows the reflection period gives space for second thoughts.

The membership and backbenchers of both parties should move to replace both party leaders. The three day wait was a big part of the campaign to get the ‘Yes’ (to remove the right to life from Irish pre-born girls and boys) vote passed. If this goes through there should be another referendum because voters were lied to and this change is the opposite of what was promised.
We have been campaigning for years to remove sexually explicit and indoctrinating books from the children's section. This book, featuring men in bondage gear, was in Dunshaughlin Co Meath library. My two small children spotted the "fake rainbow". (they know that the real rainbow has 7 colours)

Be very careful about the messaging from Sinn Fein, they are trying to abolish the 3 day wait before terminating a pregnancy in Ireland (they clearly want more babies aborted) and they want you to shut up and say nothing about the mass immigration to our country, a united Ireland cannot be for “everyone” what a ridiculous statement!
Late at night, a number of us have been visiting garage forecourts across West Dublin to offer basic assistance to homeless Irish people: bedding, coffee, sandwiches, first aid, and other essentials.
During that work, something deeply disturbing has come to our attention involving employees at two branded garages, which we are not naming at this stage.
The details are set out in the video below.
Listen carefully.
This is not abstract poverty. This is not policy language. This is vulnerable people being failed, exploited, and left exposed in plain sight while the rest of the country is expected to look away.
My voice is shaking in the video because I am angry.
And anyone with a functioning conscience should be angry too.
Ireland's fate was sealed on the 26th June 2024 when our Politicians voted to opt into the EU Asylum and Migration Pact. There is now no magic wand to reverse this betrayal of the Irish people by their Public Representatives. There is no Protocol 21 opt out. Any Bill presented to the Oireachtas to withdraw is meaningless, as European law takes precedence over domestic legislation. The only way now is to leave the EU.
Any Opposition Politician who tells you otherwise, is just giving false hope. Playing on the anxiety and desperation of many Irish people who are fearful about the future of our ancient land. This false hope is just another form of betrayal. As a consequence we are now in serious danger of moving into an era where (almost) no Politician will be trusted by the People.
It is time now to consider a rejection of the current political system and to bring forward new proposals for Direct Democracy and People Power. This current political system no longer serves the interests of the Irish people.
It is not only the Establishment that must be held to account but also each and every Opposition Politician. We can start Direct Democracy by the establishment of local community networks to take back power by holding all Public Representatives to account. Currently, we are all being played by Politicians. Power belongs in the hands of the People. There is a serious imbalance which must be restored.
As we see through the empty theatrics of these political actors,we must demand ACTION. Start by putting pressure on local Councillors and TDs to apply for a full exemption under Article 62 of the EU Migration Pact AMMR (relocation quotas). Ireland is already under significant migratory pressure. Poland's Government applied for and got an exemption, but the Irish Government has so far failed to do so. The time for action is now. The power is in your hands.
29th Jan last Virgin Media got c.€3m from the State owned Media Commission in a fabricated category of ONE payment. Biggest Ever. This followed c.1/4 million for ‘Disinformation Nation’ thats 75% of cost 18th March 2025.
Follow the money, join the dots, this is DELIVERY
It seems @Toibin1 is right and they are a tax-payer funded organisation and should appear before the Oireachtas committee to find, who selects these books and decides books with obsession on gender and explicit sex and other non-child friendly material should be included in reading material.
Their job is not to be parents of children when it comes to sex education. There are so many great pieces of literature, novels, informative and fiction out there and this explicit sex is unnecessary and outrageously inappropriate for young teenagers.
On the June 12th this year, the Ireland we know and love will be no more. From that day on we will be just a colony controlled by the corrupt EU elite. Sold out by a traitorous Irish Government. 79 traitors who will be vilified in Irish history. #OptOutNow#EUMigrationPact
