@PoppingCreaseSA Good, he us already part of this series. It only makes sense to give him chance in the final test.
I hope he turns the situation around, it would be bad for test cricket to lose a player of his caliber because of being out of form.
@bladeeexv@Werries_ Our chance of winning against NZ is higher than winning against AUS.
NZ just won their first test series ever against SA 2 years ago and against our C team.
@lavita_micasa_0@SkeemSaam3 Yes you are spot on. Even if official was dismissed and Director General decides to give them a chance. They can still be reappointed.
So yes, you need to be cleared.
Not all hope is lost for individuals who have been dismissed, they can still apply again but must disclose.
@lavita_micasa_0@SkeemSaam3 What confuses is bringing Alfred in as an Acting Principal while his service is still terminated, unless they decided to reappoint him.
To act in higher post, employee must be occupying a post on the establishment in a specific component and have an active appointment. (2/2)
@lavita_micasa_0@SkeemSaam3 If my memory serves me well, Alfred resigned and he can be reappointed on the PERSAL system. If he was dismissed and the department decides to bring him back, they would have to register a System Change Control (SCC) to amend the service termination type to resignation.(1/2)
@Timzblazee3 I am of the opinion that Flick and Raphina wants to show the football world that Lamine should not be judged or treated based on his age, instead his abilities and performances on the field.
If he deserves Ballon d'or, he should not get snubbed because he is a teenager.
