@lukeisamazing Side note: This very shot is why I'm tired of people saying Disney nerfed lightsabers by not having them always IMMEDIATELY slice through an object like it was made of melted butter.
Its more insane that Disney went through the massive effort of finding an actor that looks exactly like a young Mark Hamil only to digitally place Hamil's face over his
@Romudeth You do realize that MCU humor is based on humor from those kinds of cartoons (He-Man, She-Ra, Bravestarr, etc.), so it's only logical that a film based on one of those cartoons use that humor as well?
It's a full-circle effect.
It does throw me how people are like “they shouldn’t have destroyed Gallifrey again cos there’s so much you could do with the lore and mythology” and then shit on the only episode of New Who to really do that
@PopejoyWriter He's a complete shitbag of a person. That said, it's almost impossible to tell that it's him as Skeletor, so I still really wanna see this. It looks campy and fun, plus I'm liking the styling of it so far.
@SnepOfTheWest What I don't get is why neither of them said anything to the Emperor when he said "much like your father's" despite it looking nothing like Anakin's. 😂
@Luke_Maxxing@stormholloway Because true Jedi would either construct their own lightsaber or inherit one.
Luke already inherited his first, and his second was constructed. Not to mention it followed the pattern of Obi-Wan's lightsaber, so it's clearly a new lightsaber.
