You call yourself as best provider but really pathetic service. Past week I am trying to get in touch with your service/grievance team through email/call and can’t get through. Options on call leads to dead end. Issue through website option is also not working.

@ganeshsonawane We became parents on 3Jan. My wife already using a Frido Maternity Pillow. She is using Feeding Pillow from First Cry but that is not helping much - does not align properly and also I think it’s extra soft that causes issues in feeding from comfortable angle.

We are looking for new moms who can help test up coming frido baby feeding pillow. It has gone through several rounds of iteration and is now near finalization.
