@hippyresident He didn't get a pardon, he's still a Felon and Traitor to America, he was supposed to serve life for espionage (Treason), but got out in 2015 after 30 years and 5 on parole, then in 2020 fled to Israel. Now he lives off the Govt. The pardon went to his handler, Aviem Sella.
