Absolute disrespect for the Filipino people. What entitlement.
Mag-boycott tayo.
Huwag mag trabaho.
Hayaan natin ang mga nakabinbing panukala.
Mga senador, binabayaran kayo ng taumbayan. Pambabastos ito sa Pilipino.
MAJORITY BOYCOTTS PLENARY SESSIONS - CAYETANO
JUST IN: Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano announced on a Facebook live stream that the majority bloc will not be attending the plenary sessions as retaliation for the minority bloc's walk out on a vote pushing for online participation in the Senate on May 26.
Cayetano also alleged that the minority senators are trying to overturn the leadership in the chamber to vacate the Blue Ribbon to stop the planned hearing on Thursday.
"Ginamit nila yung parliamentary tool na walk out para hindi matuloy ang pag-change ng rules. So ngayon po, ang majority ginagamit rin po yung rules sa tama, morally and legally, to ensure na hindi agawin ang mga committees para po matuloy ang hearing ng Blue Ribbon sa Thursday at ang iba’t iba pang mga importanteng hearing sa bawat committee," he said. | 📸: Cayetano/Facebook

Kapag walang sesyon, walang batas o resolusyong maipapasa. Maaantala rin ang kumpirmasyon ng ating military personnel.
SOLID BLOC 11: ALAN PETER CAYETANO RESIGN!
What happened today was a clear abandonment of responsibility, a dereliction of duty, and a blatant disregard of the rules that govern this institution, because the Senate cannot be made to stop working simply because its presiding officer refuses to lead.
Under Rule XIV, Sec. 41 of the Rules of the Senate, the Senate President may postpone the holding of the session AFTER consultation with the Majority Leader AND the Minority Leader. That rule was violated. This is not merely a procedural lapse—it is a direct violation of the Rules of the Senate and a serious disrespect for the institution and the Filipino people.
Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano SHOULD RESIGN as he has shown that he cannot function as the leader of the Senate.
The Du-Dirty 13, that Senate Majority trying to make the institution into a protecting ring for their accused, charged, and fugitive members, really is the gift that keeps on giving. As troubling as the proposal to allow electronic voting was the attempt to rewrite quietly, hoping they slip through without the public fully seeing what is happening. And, sometimes, as the Minority did, the most important vote is to walk away. To refuse to legitimize a process that undermines the institutional integrity of Senate. Should Senate rules evolve for institutional necessity or... political convenience? Kasalanan ba ng Minority na maraming may kaso at maaaring ma-aresto sa mga susunod na araw sa Majority? The Minority walkout is a reminder that democracies need opposition willing to make power uncomfortable, especially those who abuse it. Salamat, mabuhay sa Principled 11!
if cooked properly the bicolano way like how my parents does it, medyo nagmamantikang gata, may libas, taba ng baboy or tinapa as halo or 'bangot' at dapat magandang klase ng dahon ng gabi, sorry but itong klase ng laing sa pic ang ayaw na ayaw naming klase ng luto ng laing

I am not a lawyer but I at least know that a warrant can't be served on the lawyers alone. They can be present while the warrant is being served but the accused should be physically present. Sht, did this person really passed the bar 🤔
Let’s be factual. There IS a warrant of arrest for Bato de la Rosa. It’s from the International Criminal Court (ICC). There IS a domestic law (RA 9851) that allows local authorities to enforce the warrant and surrender Bato to the ICC. On top of that, the SC had ruled that even if the PH govt withdrew from the ICC in 2019, we remain obligated to cooperate on cases involving incidents prior to the withdrawal.
The NBI and PNP had every right to arrest Bato and the Senate was wrong in coddling him and facilitating his escape.
Ang may problema si Allan at Jonvic.
