I think posting this summary abt that video is kinda doing a bum up job of getting to what she was trying to say. I don't think it was articulated well maybe?? Cuz folks seem to be missing her point... and NO it's not abt being jealous of the stop nor a "US ARMY mad" situation either (for those weirdos that's gonna try to say it's US feeling that).

What she's saying is for this song to have been so long awaited for all the fandom for yrs, winning by a landslide in a fandom wide survey, not just a survey of Munich ARMY (or having any connection to the country; a la pied piper) to have it finally first performed as a random surprise song (when clearly the members themselves weren't expecting or ready for it) is painful. I personally believe if BTS were going to perform it they, themselves, would've wanted to actually perform it: practiced & to a live/wider audience maybe even via live stream or concert Encore/Final especially given they had said on Run BTS they'd think of doing it considering ARMYs wanted it.

While yes the performance now exists through fan cams I think both feelings can co-exist. Not bashing the stop that got it but also sitting w/ the feeling of frustration in wishing it had been able to be performed in a format where globally folks would be able to see it at it's best quality & w/ BTS truly ready to perform it. Not even the best phone can capture what LTB sounded like live & still wouldn't have truly captured it well even if it was actually a planned performance by the members at any singular concert stop.
