Progress. A word we expect to see amazing results with, but in reality it can sometimes be the tiniest thing.
After years of suffering with various health symptoms and seeing multiple doctors I have finally been referred to a specialist ME/CFS clinic.

It is incredibly hard to explain how I am feeling because sometimes my biggest achievement at a weekend is having enough energy to just have a shower. My body is rejecting certain foods and attacks my immune system.

Constantly being told "you're always tired, you're always ill, you're always injured or even you look pale today".
You become so talented at masking how you really feel that you make yourself believe that you're alright.
