@dominos_india how does one file a complaint when you refuse to pick up calls and then refuse to accept your mistake over feedback calls? Is providing stale food after 1.30 hrs of order acceptable?

@AmazonHelp No resolution was provided. I needed the product urgently due to medical issues. I was assured of delivery by 4.01.23. I called today to inquire and all they told me was we can't do anything other than initiate a refund. How is this okay? Harrass your one legged customer, wow.
