"ผมก็รู้สึกสูญเสียตัวเองไปค่อนข้างเยอะครับ ได้กลับมาตกตะกอนอะไรหลายๆอย่างในสิ่งที่เราทำผิดพลาด แล้วก็รู้สึกผิดกับมันจริงๆ

ผมก็อยากมีหลายๆอย่างในใจที่อยาก declare ตัวเอง หรือทำให้ ทุกคนอาจจะมองผมไม่ดีไปแล้วก็ได้อันนั้นก็เป็นเรื่องของมุมมองความคิดของแต่ละคน ซึ่งเราไม่สามารถควบคุมความคิดของคนอื่นได้ แต่ว่าเรารู้ตัวเองดีอยู่แล้วว่าเรากำลังทำอะไรอยู่ ถ้าสิ่งไหนผิดเรายอมรับผิดและเราขอโทษครับ

泰国演员 Build Jakapan 近日带着全新作品回归公众视线，这也是他时隔约3年再次展开演艺工作。此前，Build 曾因与前任相关争议成为网络热议焦点，当时他选择召开记者会并退出公司，以示负责，同时暂停幕前工作，通过法律程序处理相关问题。后续案件经过司法程序后，相关身体伤害指控被认定涉及虚假诉讼，Build 也借此逐步为自己恢复清白。

近日，Build 在宣传舞台剧期间接受采访，谈到过去几年的经历。他表示，现阶段生活已经逐渐回到平静，也曾选择出家修行近半个月，完成对已故外婆的承诺。那段时间也让他有机会真正与自己相处，重新整理内心。

回顾当年风波对心理状态的影响，Build 坦言，最初确实像人生崩塌一样，但既然还活着，就只能每天睁开眼睛继续面对。真正让他决定不放弃的，是来自家人的支持。尤其是身在国外的哥哥曾发来家人照片，并告诉他即使全世界转身离开，家人也会一直站在身边。那一刻成为他继续走下去的重要力量。

Build 也表示，这段经历让他成长很多，更懂得反省每一个选择和行为，也学会把目标放低。过去或许会追求许多成就，但现在只要能够醒来、呼吸、见到爱自己的人、吃一顿饭、继续做喜欢的事，就已经觉得幸福。

谈到案件近况，Build 表示，关于身体伤害相关部分，已经说明自己没有做过，也涉及虚假诉讼问题。不过仍有部分事项还在法律程序中，因此不便过度展开，一切交由法律系统处理，相信最终会有结论。
