@CregStephenson Yeah but bamaann obviously thinks we need to improve our attendance before building a stadium. We had the highest scanned, verifiable attendance in conference, despite attendees needing a documented tetanus shot in the last 10 years for liability reasons

@13au0048 I'm not concerned. Techs should be, though. #hsop2013

@13au0100 Having old SOAPs centrally located is very helpful. I find myself referring to old SOAPs to see changes in PPE #hsop2013

I think it's important to utilize software and old fashioned chart review. Computers are only as smart as the people using them. #hsop2013

@13au0121 @13au0064 Physicians would be more careful if they felt it would save them time later. Thats the way to present it #hsop2013

Does SureScript bring up any HIPAA issues? Do patients need to "release" their information to the system? #hsop2013

I don't feel as though the "adverse reaction" pop up is helpful without specifying the adverse reaction. Was it nausea, or SLE? #hsop2013

@13au0094 I've seen techs mix up oxycontin and oxycodone off the shelves before when busy. maybe different organizing would help #hsop2013

[13au0063 @13au0063]

@13au0060 Do pharmacists pay much attention to these, though? I know of some who just tap "enter" past warnings at cvs/walgreens #hsop2013

[13au0063 @13au0063]

@13au0078 I agree. If the pharmacist processing the Rx isn't sure, double check or call. #hsop2013

@13au0121 @13au0060 Maybe soon, e-scribing tech. could add features guarding against errors, like having to enter str/dose twice. #hsop2013
