So are Quality Ratings available online an example of Transparency? #HSOP2013

[13au0079 @13au0079]

@13au0066 I know that Healthcare is a business but I think the government should make it mandatory for patient care to come first. #HSOP2013

[13au0079 @13au0079]

@10au161 This would be difficult to implement, since there will always be a patient trying to abuse the system for their benefit. #HSOP2013

[13au0079 @13au0079]

@13au0120 It would be nice if they did this but it is not always realistic in dangerous situations. #HSOP2013

Med Vault sounds great for preventing theft and overdoses, especially in the elderly. #HSOP2013

[13au0079 @13au0079]

@13au0079 This would help pharmacists to catch medication errors even if the patient did not fill all prescriptions with you. #HSOP2013

[13au0079 @13au0079]

EHR would also help with doctor shopping in retail pharmacies #HSOP2013

[13au0079 @13au0079]

@13au0059 We do too! Our patients want a face-to-face interaction and if they have a question they want access to a pharmacist #HSOP2013

[13au0079 @13au0079]

@13au0122 @13au0085 Agreed, they can be with the regular stock but I think it may be too much of a liability to put in a robot #HSOP2013

[13au0079 @13au0079]

@13au0024 I do not think it is legal because those medications must be in a locked cabinet only accessible to the pharmacist #HSOP2013

[13au0079 @13au0079]

@13au0003 Automation would be expensive initially but the money it could save by avoiding duplicate tests and exams is invaluable. #HSOP2013

[13au0079 @13au0079]

@13au0095 EHR would be even more helpful if they could be accessed by retail pharmacies. #HSOP2013

[13au0079 @13au0079]

@13au0079 #hsop13 I think it would be helpful to have more orientation on Quantify because my P3 is the only one that knows how to use it

[13au0079 @13au0079]

#hsop2013 You would think that pharmacist's would be allowed to be more involved in patient care since we are the drug experts

[13au0079 @13au0079]

@13au0082 #HSOP2013 I think allowing CII-V prescriptions to be e-scribed would cut down on forgeries

[13au0079 @13au0079]

@13au0082 #HSOP2013 No matter what setting you are in you will always encounter illegible prescriptions
