@13au0120 @13au0049 Very true! Unless pharmacy school turns us all into robots! #hsop2013

[13au0092 @13au0092]

@13au0049 Robots will never possess the communication skills and compassion of humans. Patients want someone they can relate to. #hsop2013

@13au0132 WOAH! I knew it had to be expensive. I'd probably charge more than that though if it was my invention! Pretty impressive #hsop2013

[13au0092 @13au0092]

@13au0059 I agree. I wouldn't want to get near chemo drugs without one of these! #hsop2013

[13au0092 @13au0092]

I wonder how much a RIVA would cost....any ideas? #hsop2013

[13au0092 @13au0092]

@13au0024 That's always the case with IVs. I think Smart Pumps help to reduce that error. #hsop2013

[13au0092 @13au0092]

@13au0024 I agree, but who's more likely to mess up, the person keying it in once or the nurses adminstering it multiple times? #hsop2013

[13au0092 @13au0092]

I think that the stops for smart pumps are a good idea, but I wonder if nurses ever get "soft stop fatigue?" #hsop2013

[13au0092 @13au0092]

@13au0099 You can also learn from past mistakes. #hsop2013

[13au0092 @13au0092]

@13au0072 The doctor tells me that everytime. Of course I understand why my prescription isn't ready. Many patients just do not. #hsop13

[13au0092 @13au0092]

@13au0110 I think that a "report card" of sorts would be a good idea for physicians! #hsop2013

[13au0092 @13au0092]

Do prescribers really have time to document contraindications for each vaccine that is recommended for a patient? #hsop2013
