It's a faulty premise.

Also we should stop selling our land, ports and industry to China. Being isolationist requires self-sufficiency, and that went out the door a long time ago, unfortunately.

They are a medical condition that requires immediate attention. If you have a miscarriage today you go to the ER.

And it isn't that easy to abort intentionally on your own, even if you wanted to, especially further into the pregnancy. But again, nobody is questioning women who miscarry.

The "anti-choice crowd" says nothing about miscarriages because they are not abortions. If you are afraid of being investigated, don't... It's truly unfounded. Miscarriages unfortunately happen all the time -- I know of so many! -- and there is absolutely zero reason to think any would be questioned.
