@TeamYouTube This is the 3rd time in a row that someone false strikes my videos and trys to kill my channel. It cannot be that I have to counter it every 2 weeks even though I have all necessary rights!

@TeamYouTube Thx for ur answers. What if people misuse your system by register new fake “accounts”? Of course I always do counter claims and I win always, but it blocks upload for 2-3 weeks.. everytime.

When will you take actions against intentionally false copyright claims? Fighting them every 2 months is really annoying.

@TeamYouTube yes, copyright strikes. Of couse I know I can submit a counter-notification. But I have to do it every 2 months - and it blocks my upload for 2-3 weeks everytime until they are accepted + 10 days of waiting for the so called "claimer" who is doing nothing.
