@limpless_skelly Add a “Static Liquid Glass” option under Display & Brightness that disables only the Liquid Glass motion —by turning off its CAFilters and Metal shaders— without relying on UIAccessibilityReduceMotion or affecting other system animations.
@limpless_skelly It would be ideal to have a dedicated option to switch between a Frozen Mode and a Liquid Mode for the Liquid Glass effect, without needing to enable “Reduce Motion,” since that feature disables animations system-wide — something many users would rather avoid.
@limpless_skelly I’d suggest that some users might actually prefer having a “frozen” Liquid Glass effect — similar to what happens when “Reduce Motion” is enabled. That setting stops the Liquid Glass animation and keeps only the blur, which in my opinion looks much cleaner.
@limpless_skelly From what I’ve observed, only the contrast effect seems to make a noticeable impact, and there isn’t a truly significant visual difference even when notifications are properly implemented.
