@BlueGuardiancom Payout Issue β Request for Fair Review
Iβve always respected Blue Guardian as one of the prop firms that genuinely supports traders, which is why this situation has honestly been shocking for me.
Recently, my payout was rejected due to a CID Match / Device Match allegation. According to the email, they linked my account activity with multiple countries and claimed prohibited behavior was involved.
What makes this difficult for me to understand is?
I have traded personally from my own device.
I have used my own network/SIM connection.
I already completed a long verification interview (1 hour+) with their team previously and answered everything confidently as a real trader.
I also followed their updated βone percent rule (1%)β after it was introduced.
Because of this, I genuinely believe there may be some misunderstanding, false flag, or incorrect detection involved in my case.
Iβm not making this post to attack the firm or create negativity. I still respect the company and the CEO @seanbaint for the support theyβve shown traders over time. My only request is for the risk team to please conduct another fair review of my case and re-check the evidence carefully.
At the same time, I also want to hear from other traders:
Has anyone experienced a similar CID/device mismatch issue?
Can VPNs, shared IPs, cloud routing, or platform-side detection errors trigger false matches?
What is the best professional way to appeal such a decision?
Iβm open to cooperating fully and providing any verification required because I know my trading activity was genuine.
Hopefully this can be resolved professionally and transparently for everyone involved.πππ

I want to formally raise a serious concern regarding my recent experience with @MyFundedFutures
I was invited to attend a Risk Interview, where I answered all questions honestly. After the interview, I was congratulated by a member of the Risk Team, Mr Hamza, and informed that my payout would be processed within 12 hours.
However, to my complete surprise, I later received an email stating that my account had been breached and that a refund had been issued. No prior notice or detailed explanation was provided regarding this decision.
I strongly believe this situation is unfair and respectfully request a thorough review of my case. Transparency and clear communication are essential in maintaining trust between traders and firms.
I kindly ask fellow traders and colleagues to support me in bringing attention to this matter. Additionally, I respectfully request that my payout be processed and my account reinstated if no valid violation is found.
I would especially like to request @MattLeech CEO of the company, to personally review my case and provide a fair reconsideration.

I had my interview with @MyFundedFutures last Friday and everything went well. My payout was also approved, which I truly appreciate.
However, I have not received the payout in my Rise account yet, and I noticed that a refund has been issued back to my account. Iβm unsure why this happened.
Iβm currently waiting for clarification from the risk team regarding the delay and the refund status.
Could the @MyFundedFutures team please assist and provide an update?

Finally, Iβll be eligible to request a payout on one of my accounts @TradingLucid tomorrow after completing 5 profitable days...
My second account has completed 3 profitable days so far, so that payout request will be next week InshaAllah ...
As I updated previously, I had requested payouts on 5 accounts with @Topstep. All of them have already been processed and marked as Funds Sent from their side....
Unfortunately, due to local banking procedures in Saudi Arabia, the transfers are taking longer than expected. Sometimes the bank requests additional documents and sometimes further clarification β which is slowing the process.
But I truly appreciate @Topstep for their continuous support. They have been providing all required documents promptly and even following up regularly for updates. That level of professionalism really matters π€
Hopefully, the payments will reflect soon.
