It is 1 year & 2.5 months since I was diagnosed with ALS. Today, with a little help from Emily, Daniel, Sarah and a mint walking stick, I hiked from Cala Fuili to Cala di Oddoana and Cala Luna. About 7.5 km of fairly difficult terrain. Not today ALS… not fucking today! 🖕

Broken to hear former NHL coach Bob Jones has passed. In 2 short yrs, ALS has killed 30 of my friends & left their families in shambles. Diagnosis # R increasing! Younger! Where is govt help? God bless Coach Jonsey & family. Prayers R with you
