With it being so hot and struggling to sleep I went for a walk up on Stockbridge Down tonight on the way home from work and got (what I think) are some great shots of the moon. The new camera on this phone is impressive!

I felt like Iβd been whisked away to my childhood in the early 2000s, back when dad would knock about East Anglia as one of the only guards in a hat.
@14DomRyan you look so smart, and it made my day to see you taking such pride in your presentation and your role.
A true guard.

Network Rail is closing Crewkerne station until further notice. No SWR services will call. This is to keep punctuality statistics up after NR imposed a four-mile 40mph TSR to combat the effects of the trackbed drying out in this yearβs dry weather.
Afternoon all, sorry, been a bit quiet on here of late.
Today is the last day of the SWR franchise (operated by First Group & MTR). As of some time in the early hours of tomorrow morning, the service will be transferred to the DFT. Photos of my workings today to follow later.
