Another consideration (or lack of) for #stowmarket #Gateway14. No consideration for #HGV drivers or #residents in the plan. @RHADuncanB @rhatomcotton has the #RHA been consulted? Lack of driver parking / services will become a problem. @MidSuffolk

Sadly this is a sign of what could be expected with the @MidSuffolk owned #gateway14 development without proper facilities. Local residents are already suffering from faeces and destruction left by #HGV drivers. @RHANews @RHARichardB

Often, existing jobs are just shifted, and these claims are usually over exaggerated and false

Same circular logic in #Billericay, 1700 houses required to pay for road required to "solve" issues caused by initial 900 home proposal. Except road concept fundamentally flawed and counter-productive even if no extra homes were built!
