Me and my entire community are disappointed and we are all no longer supporting this location or Popeyes until this issue gets settled.

I even contacted one the reps from “corporate” who wasn’t really corporate but a customer satisfaction line who said they couldn’t give me any corporate information or do anything for me and the most they can do is “send a letter telling him to do better”

Worst customer service and management I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. Is this who you guys want representing your brand and your company?? It’s inappropriate and not ok to allow this kind of behavior to happen without any consequences.
