Ronda Cox is currently the Instructional Coach at Spencer County Middle School. When asked why she became a teacher, she replied, “My parents and grandparents were teachers, and I wanted a career that I felt made a difference on a daily basis.”

🆕 Kentucky Education Professional Standards Board approves Option 9 certification pathways

Option 9 allows a person to complete a bachelor’s degree and initial teacher certification in three years while working in a non-teaching position.
