@RenaultIndia @NewIndAssurance If the permit was an issue, it should have been raised then, before any work began. Raising it after the repair is done is unfair to the customer.

@RenaultIndia @NewIndAssurance The surveyor inspected the damage, reviewed all documents & was told the vehicle was used only internally. Only after that was the work order issued over email, which is cashless.
