Hi Claire. Still no resolution. Just a guy called "Calvin" telling me to log into a site called "Lemfi". God knows what for, if I didn't know better I'd say it was another scam. Ridiculous customer service this is.

@14thefrog@lastminute_com Did you try to cancel the flight within 24 hours. Whilst not a statutory rule, most airlines/travel agents will rectify an honest mistake if notified within 24 hours.

I'm happy to talk to you, but I'm bound to ask why on Earth has it come to this? I literally cancelled the flights within minutes of making them, then you offer me a £189 refund for £1086 of payment. Then you don't speak to me, not good enough.
As my local MP @PaulKohlerSW19 , can you please check my thread on @lastminute_com on my feed? What they're attempting to do in my case is nothing short of robbery, surely it can't even be legal?

I've got a story about this company @lastminute_com. A 🧵so to speak. The episode isn't hopefully finished yet, so they STILL have time to redeem themselves & do the right thing.
It starts at the end of last month. I wanted to book five return flights to Newcastle on 3/4/2026.
@lastminute_com@British_Airways So I re-contacted @lastminute_com & they told me they were putting it to their "claims dept". That was two weeks ago & I've heard nothing.
I've since contacted @British_Airways & they've informed me that it took five days for @lastminute_com to cancel my booking.
So.....
