The 1st week of the Class 4 Recovery Mechanics ACT Trade Training Camp is almost done over on the East Coast 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿.

The potential tradesmen/women have been conducting recovery techniques ready for their Class 3 Course hopefully next year.

This months phys and food night was host by our Grangemouth Platoon.

A monthly get together with physically activity and a small bite eat as a Company, is critical to keep team cohesion and maintain our physical standards.

Teams 153 spent the weekend over on Castlelaw Ranges conducting their ACMT and driver training competencies.

The lucky other 3 spent the weekend travelling to BelIze to conduct 2 weeks of equipment rehabilitation for the UK Jungle Training Camp as part of Ex MAYAN PHOENIX

Phys and Food Night

Last night saw the introduction of an idea bringing both Platoons together one training of each month.

Each platoon will host a Training Night consisting of Physical Training and then sit together as a Company for food and drinks (soft) 👀
