@SwanseaCouncil just #humiliated by parking officials in quadrant. paid for parking but couldn’t get out.explained I had paid,showed receipt they told me i hadn’t and made me pay again receipt said stdavids they said wrong car park. Repayed at barrier receipt also said stdavids!!
