I always laugh when people try to talk trash about Ichiran. Are there better ramen spots? Yes, but that doesn’t make ichiran bad. Typically it’s just people hating on popular stuff. Personally I wouldn’t wait longer than 20 minutes for Ichiran, but it’s consistent and good.
