Hex bar 340 for 5 working on exploding.
Back squats 225 for 3 working on driving through my legs.

The drill I’m working on is high knee what I’m working on is staying taller on my back leg and get a good sit as I come down. Focusing on pushing the ground towards second base as I come down. This is putting more force into the ground as well as putting my hips good position
