Dear @AshwiniVaishnaw ji, I verified Aadhaar, opened IRCTC on time, selected my train, filled everything… but the moment I reached checkout, the app crashed. What’s the point of all this verification when a common man still can’t book a Tatkal ticket? It truly breaks our trust.
