A glorious and very welcome sunny day. I'm so bunged up and sleep-deprived with the most horrible cold that I didn't get outside until mid-afternoon but just 30 minutes enjoying the feel of the sun and watching bees doing their thing was a good dose of medicine.

As pea plants are transplanted into the garden, I could feel beady little eyes watching me, only to be greeted by these two glaring at me from the compost heap.
