Little dude has been home with us for a week after a 16-day NICU stay and I've been reflecting on the experience. C-section #2 was way worse than the first time. Might throw up thinking about it too much.

@senatorswift More like milestones he needs to accomplish. Once he improves to be consistently between 30 & 60 respirations/minute, they'll take off his oxygen and then it'll be at least another three days off support for observation. Dr said we're looking into at least next week if not longer

Tomorrow will be day 10 of NICU. he's making progress but it feels so slow. I just wanna know when I can plan on bringing him home 💔💔💔

On top of the thousands of dollars for a multi-week NICU stay, what's another $16 because the guy at the front desk didn't validate the parking ticket correctly????

I'm not built for this hospital life, and being in the same building as where we spent so much time with Noah doesn't really help the whole situation. Thankful for the Ronald McDonald House tho and all the services they provide.
