The most disappointing part is the complete lack of empathy. This was a genuine medical emergency involving my mother, and we even have supporting documents. We weren’t insisting on a refund—just a fair chance to use the booking later.

Customers pay a premium for Zara products—this kind of arrogant behaviour is unacceptable. Do better. Also may I know why there is price difference of the same product and why is there a lesser price tag hidden under a higher price @ZARA
Worst experience at Zara, Phoenix Mall Pune. Wnt to return a gifted item after confirming at purchase that a separated price tag would still allow a return. The store manager refused without even checking, was rude, and walked away when asked about the price difference @ZARA
