My snoopervising duties today included checking the gutters. I even had to remove a section to check for any obstructions.

One of the things that frustrates us the most is crappy "accessible" parking. We went to the local @RexallDrugstore to get a prescription and the curb ramps to get on the sidewalk were at the front or side of the accessible parking spots. That means as soon as a vehicle parks there, someone with a wheelchair or walker can't get on or off the sidewalk. You can be stuck there waiting until they come back from shopping and move their car. Stuff like this gets stressful. You'd think common sense would be to place access ramps where they wouldn't be blocked, but often developers lack this.
A much better experience was at the local Walmart. It must be newer as the accessible parking had access aisles between the spots, which meant we could drop the ramp and unload. Most places built before 2020 don't have stalls wide enough for a wheelchair at the bottom of a vehicle ramp so we often park far from the door and take 2 stalls. The other bonus at Walmart, a wide barrier free entrance. There were no curb ramps to be blocked.
Video description for inclusivity: a clip of Chesnyy holding a paper bag as she stands on a sidewalk. The ramp to get off the sidewalk is at the front of a parking stall and blocked by the car. Text reads: crappy accessible parking spot. The scene changes to Chesnyy standing beside an accessible van with the ramp dropped into an access aisle. She carries her leash and loads herself into the van
Text reads: The good spot.
It's a good day to be the best version of yourself possible. Dress for success, but be sure to take time to play in the dirt at some point because life is supposed to be a little messy and you gotta have some fun.

🚨MAJOR BREAKING: The Republican House Oversight Committee just subpoenaed Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Merrick Garland, James Comey, Eric Holder, Robert Mueller, William Barr, and others.
So here’s a list of Republicans who IGNORED subpoenas and got away with it:
Jim Jordan Kevin McCarthy Mark Meadows Mo Brooks Scott Perry Andy Biggs Dan Scavino
Not one of them showed up. Not one of them faced jail.
So why should Democrats comply? Roll up those subpoenas nice and tight - and return them to sender.

🐾 From Georgina, with Love 🐾
Hi there! I’m Georgina Washington—but you can call me Georgie. I’m a Mini Schnauzer with a big heart and a small bark (actually, I don’t bark much at all!). My favorite thing in the entire world? You.👇
Located in Nairobi National Park, our Nursery provides round-the-clock care for Kenya's youngest and most vulnerable rescued orphan elephants. From specialist milk formula every three hours to cosy hay-filled stables, where each elephant shares their bedroom with a Keeper to ensure they're never alone, we create a loving environment where orphans can heal and grow.
Enjoying a game in a pile of lucerne they stumbled across, Kamili, Mzinga, Taroha and Weka are four of our current Nursery herd. You can meet the whole herd and support their journeys back to the wild through an adoption, at: https://t.co/yHNgNRlBuO
This life-saving operation began, as they so often do, with a sighting from the air.

While responding to a separate field emergency our helicopter pilot happened to spot a young adult elephant with an advanced snare wound. The snare was fully encircling his front foot, slicing deep into the skin and turning every step into a struggle.
With an injury of this gravity, there isn’t a moment to spare. Fortunately, our Aerial Unit and the SWT/KWS Tsavo Mobile Vet Unit are poised to respond to such emergencies. After Kenya Wildlife Service veterinarian Dr Limo darted the patient from the air, the team moved in to extract the snare and clean the wound. With treatment complete, the elephant was revived and walked off into the bush.
We know it looks grisly, but elephants are resilient. While this bull will always bear a scar from his ordeal, Dr Limo is confident he will make a full recovery.
