@16au143 @16au118 Great point. If we thought after-hour ATM robberies were bad... imagine the problems this could pose #hsop2016

[kitten @16au136]

@16au145 Yuyama is literally the best invention. Ever. SO much time saved!!!! #hsop2016

[kitten @16au136]

@16au003 Completely agreed. I honestly think mail-order is safer than this option #hsop2016

[kitten @16au136]

@16au122 @16au145 We had a lot of issues w/ furosemide tablets getting crushed by our robot... had to take them out completely #hsop2016

[kitten @16au136]

@16au043 We have hydrocodone/APAP in one of our robots (At least 100+ scripts/day). Always double count, but 99% accurate #hsop2016

[kitten @16au136]

@16au122 The pharm I work at utilizes automated counters/weigh scales for most Rxs. Haven't had problems w/ accuracy, surprisingly #hsop2016

[kitten @16au136]

@16au085 @16au098 Issues w/ technicians like this can be (hopefully) solved by good training and background checks before hiring #hsop2016

[kitten @16au136]

@16au098 No. Way too many problems with robots to completely replace technicians #hsop2016

[kitten @16au136]

@16au003 This could be a tough call, I think it just depends on the situation. I would always verify w/ the prescriber though #HSOP2016

[kitten @16au136]

@16au062 I'd say 50/50. However, 90% of handwritten Rxs we receive daily are either for CII's or pts coming directly from the ER #hsop2016

[kitten @16au136]

@16au145 agreed! Cuts entering time down tremendously and greatly benefits work flow #hsop2016

[kitten @16au136]

@16au063 @16au082 also, it would dispense broken/crushed meds and we would have to manually fill & document the broken medication #hsop2016

[kitten @16au136]

@16au063 @16au082 the robot at our pharmacy got jammed a lot. A technician would have to leave their spot & take 10 min to fix it #hsop2016

[kitten @16au136]

@16au046 Surely there will be a new batch of issues that come along with eRx. I had a lot of issues with eRx's working over break #hsop2016

[kitten @16au136]

@16au007 I usually check patients' allergy list upon checkout. If it said allergy info not known, I would have the patient verify #hsop2016

[kitten @16au136]

I am looking forward to a centralized database of patient information that will make coordinating care so much easier #HSOP2016

I enjoyed learning about https://t.co/I535xscZ2P since it has been relevant to helping patients select the most appropriate plan. #HSOP2016
