Riley Vertz finished the weekend strong in the Silver Series Championship in IL. Her batting avg was .333 and she put 7⃣ runs on the scoreboard. She's a tough 2nd baseman with 5 assists and 6 putouts on the weekend. Way to Work Riley❗️🔥

This 2025 was sure handed in the field, tough behind the plate & added to her collection of hits in Orland Park, IL. Cheyenne Carlson led the team in hits w/9⃣!!! Her batting avg was .562 w/2 XBH & 9⃣ RBIs. She caught 18 innings💪& had 17 POs including 2 fly balls in left field!

We 👀you Genevieve Ackerman! Genevieve had an amazing weekend playing for the Heat in Orland Park, IL. She caught six fly balls in the outfield and got the assist with a throw home to save a run❗️ She batted .357 with 2 BB + 1 HBP, scoring 4 runs.

My team and I closed out our season right with a second place finish this weekend! I also came out strong with a .692 BA, 2 2B, a grandslam (that we didn’t get on video 😢), and 11 RBIs. I had so much fun this summer, and I can’t wait for the fall season to start!

Mia Weithaus gave it her all in Orland Park. She pitched 11 innings, including 5 in the championship game. She had 3 strikeouts. Mia collected 5 hits this weekend with a batting avg of .333. She had one BB and 4 RBIs! We couldn’t have made it to the championship without her!

Bats were fire for the Heat against Slammers in the 11-8 win to go to the championship! Heat on the board early- Cheyenne Carlson singled, & Mia Weithaus w/sac fly. Ella Thompson hit a grand slam & singled for 5 RBIs. Gillian Konrath was in the circle, striking out 3.

The multi talented Mia Weithaus got some reps in at First Base this weekend when she wasn’t pitching. Mia did well at the plate batting .286 with an RBI. She managed to make it on base multiple times including a hit by pitch. Ouch. Way to be tough Mia! 💪🏻

Callie Hren did a great job catching for the Heat today in the Heat! 🔥She finished pool play with a couple of big hits and a few RBIs AND 5️⃣ QABs! Way to win the battle Callie! 🥎

Cheyenne Carlson tallied several hits this weekend in pool play. Carlson provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led the Heat with four runs batted in. She had a .600 batting average for the weekend and had 3 BBs. As usual, she was a beast behind the plate in hot weather.🔥

Watch out for this kid! Ella Thompson had all the right stuff this weekend in pool play batting .667 and leading the team in hits. She fired up the offense with 2 RBIs 3 runs scored, 2 walks and an Xbh.

Gillian Konrath came ready to pitch this weekend! She pitched 9 strikeouts and only one walk in 8 innings during pool play. Tough at the plate batting .333 with 2 RBIs and 4️⃣ runs scored! Can’t wait to watch her tomorrow! ☄️
