di ko talaga makakalimutan yung no. 1 (set b) sa tax last oct HAHAH question abt DST on real property tapos lahat ng basis given sa problem like SP/FMV, ZV, AV, etc. i was like, "ah okay, labanan talaga ng concepts sa boards" kasi that would be easy kung alam mo yung concept :D
