BREAKING: @usedgov is investigating LAUSD over its “Black Student Achievement Plan," which allocates funds and resources based on race, violating Title VI.

@DefendingEd initially filed an OCR complaint against the district over this program in 2023 — and while it was ostensibly opened to all, a whistleblower flagged that LAUSD appears to still exclude students on the basis of skin color.
