On 12/08/25, 177 Bn CRPF organised a Tiranga Rally with children from Govt. High School Choora. Around 60 School children, CRPF personnel, Civil police personnel and general public participated in the event.

On 09/08/2025, 177 Bn CRPF along with Sopore Police organised a Bike rally to celebrate the 79th Independence day. Around 200 motorcyclists consisting of CRPF personnel, Civil police and general public participated in the event which covered the Sopore town and its peripheries.
