@megabus I was booked from london to mississauga with 7 other people waiting, only to be bipassed by the bus driver and told I will not be refunded since the bus “apparently” stopped. I had to incur costs of booking another bus to take me to my destination last minute.

@jdsportscanada i have called your customer service line multiple times for items that I have not received and would like refunds for. It keeps ringing with no answer and loops back to original message. It disconnects on the 3rd loop.i have also sent multiple emails..no reply!
