If you’re building a tech product, you will do better if you limit working hours of your team.

Allowing work to consume every waking moment ie death march mode, will lead to a worse product. The whole point of tech is that it is *not* a strength game.

Strategic pushes for competitive advantage are different. But death march mode for more than 2 quarters means something else is wrong. Past a year and it’s certain that this something will not be fixed by continuing to death march.
