Nine newspapers are now reporting that Nine News has axed Karl Stefanovic over his interview with Tommy Robinson and, unbelievably, his support for Ben Roberts-Smith.

A veteran Australian broadcaster interviews a controversial figure, says something the corporate media class doesn’t like, and suddenly the suits move in.

These are not the actions of a news organisation that should champion free speech. They are the actions of an out of control corporate media giant.

Nine wants Australians to watch its programs, read its papers, trust its “news” and swallow its moral lectures.

But when one of its own steps outside the approved script, they throw him overboard to keep the activists, advertisers and newsroom commissars happy.

Fine.

The CitizenGO campaign to stop Nine from sacking Karl Stefanovic will now morph into a major boycott movement.

We will be calling on Australians to boycott Nine.

We will be calling on political leaders to haul Nine’s bosses into the spotlight, grilling them in parliament on why they’ve made this decision.

And we will be calling for Nine’s free-to-air broadcast licence to be pulled.

Australia’s last remaining Islamic State bride, Hodan Abby, is now free to return home after the Albanese government issued her with a return permit, ending the temporary exclusion order that had prevented her from re-entering the country.
Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke revealed on Thursday that the Sydney-born woman, who was barred from boarding a flight from Syria in May, was granted a return permit overnight after the government received advice that the exclusion order could no longer remain in force.

When "muh food" is the only argument for these people's cultures, those people and their cultures, are indefensible, especially when their collective behaviour is abhorrent, shows a lack of regard for the local population and crime is spiking everywhere they settle.

When I moved here 20 years ago this was Australia and Australia only. Not Iraq, not China and certainly not India... Australia.

When I arrived the entire nation celebrated Australia Day... together.
