AWB 43 and crew are halfway through a long-passage training exercise, from Marchwood to London, now med-moored amongst the city’s yachts.
These passages aren’t about speed, they’re about navigation, teamwork, and learning in real conditions.
Next stop: the return voyage.
Halfway there. AWB43 is safely alongside HMS President in London after the first leg of her training passage. A short pause ashore for duty at DSEI 2025 — then the return to Marchwood begins.

The Marine Engineer Head of Trade - WO1 Austin, congratulates and welcomes back LCpl Roberts and LCpl Willaims who have now successfully completed their class one engineering course. Both soldiers now re-join 17 Regt RLC as fully qualified tradesmen.
